These Service Terms ("Terms") outline your legal rights and obligations regarding access to and use of the healthcare tourism and medical services provided by Fibemed Healthcare ("Company"). It is important that you read these Terms carefully before utilizing Fibemed Healthcare's services.

1. Services Provided

These services include, but are not limited to, surgical procedures, medical treatments, and consultancy services.

2. Reservation and Deposit Payment
When booking a service through Fibemed Healthcare, you must pay a deposit to confirm your appointment and treatment plan. Due to high demand for Fibemed Healthcare services, the deposit is required to secure the surgical team and hospital capacity for your procedure.

3. Deposit Refund and Rescheduling Conditions
- If a request to reschedule an appointment is made at least 30 days in advance, the deposit may be deferred for up to 12 months.
- In case of cancellation due to a medical issue, the deposit will be refunded only if official and approved medical documents are provided.
- Fibemed Healthcare always prioritizes patients' health and maintains a patient-friendly approach when valid medical documents are submitted.

4. Customer Responsibilities
- Patients are required to provide complete and accurate information about their medical history, current health condition, and any medications they are using, as requested by Fibemed Healthcare.
- Fibemed Healthcare is not liable for any medical complications resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the patient.
- Any complications arising due to failure to follow post-operative instructions are solely the responsibility of the patient.

5. Medical Treatment and Follow-Up
- Before the surgery, the patient will receive detailed information regarding the procedure and potential risks.
- After surgery, the expert surgeon will regularly monitor the patient and assess the recovery process.
- Once the patient is deemed fit to travel, they will receive a medical report, marking the completion of their medical treatment process.

6. Limitation of Liability
- The hospital and surgeon are responsible for the medical and technical success of the surgery. However, Fibemed Healthcare is not responsible for complications arising from the patient's failure to follow post-operative instructions.
- After the patient is discharged, Fibemed Healthcare provides one-time, complete medical supplies and medications. Any additional medication or medical supplies will be billed separately to the patient.
- Fibemed Healthcare is not liable for complications caused by the patient engaging in physical activities such as household chores, lifting heavy objects, or driving during the post-operative recovery period.
- Fibemed Healthcare guarantees that the surgery will be performed by highly accredited professor-level surgeons and that the patient's recovery process will be monitored.

7. Changes to Service Terms
Fibemed Healthcare reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on our website, and patients who continue to use our services will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
