Refund policy
Overview
At Fibemed Healthcare, we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all patient interactions. As a medical coordination and healthcare service provider, our programs are custom-tailored to each patient’s individual needs. Therefore, our return and refund policy differs from that of standard retail services.
1. Non-Refundable Deposits
All deposits paid to secure a treatment date, surgical package, or consultation are non-refundable.
This policy exists because significant administrative and scheduling costs are incurred as soon as your booking is confirmed, including hospital, surgeon, and accommodation arrangements.
However, in cases of documented medical contraindications verified by our partner surgeons, the deposit may be transferred to another treatment date or to another eligible patient.
2. Cancellations by the Patient
If a patient cancels:

More than 30 days before the scheduled treatment date → Deposit may be transferred to a later date within 12 months.

Less than 30 days before the treatment date → Deposit is forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 7 days) are considered a full forfeiture of deposit and associated coordination costs.
3. Cancellations by Fibemed Healthcare
In the rare case that Fibemed Healthcare or one of its partner hospitals must postpone or cancel a surgery for operational or medical reasons, the patient will be entitled to:

Reschedule to a new date without any penalty, or

Receive a full refund of the deposit if no alternative date is acceptable.
4. Post-Treatment Refunds
All surgical and medical services are performed according to professional and ethical standards.
Since these are personalized medical procedures, no refunds can be provided after surgery or treatment has been performed, regardless of subjective satisfaction or aesthetic outcome.
However, any unprovided services (e.g., unused accommodation nights or transfers) may be partially refundable at the discretion of management.
5. Communication and Claims
Refund-related inquiries must be submitted in writing to:

within 7 days of the initial claim or cancellation request.
Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure fairness and compliance with our policies.
6. Policy Acknowledgment
By completing a booking or payment through Fibemed Healthcare, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return and Refund Policy.
