We do not directly perform surgical or medical procedures. All medical treatments are carried out by licensed and accredited partner hospitals or surgeons under their own professional responsibility.

Our role includes:

  • Coordination between patients and medical professionals

  • Providing information and guidance before, during, and after treatment

  • Arranging logistics such as accommodation, transfers, and interpretation services

All services are provided in good faith to ensure a professional and transparent experience.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Information provided on our website, emails, or communication channels is for informational purposes only and must not be considered medical advice.
All treatment plans, results, and medical opinions are determined solely by licensed medical professionals after appropriate consultation and examination.

Fibemed Healthcare does not guarantee medical outcomes or surgical results. Each patient’s experience may vary based on individual health conditions.

4. Booking and Payments

To secure a treatment date, patients are required to pay a deposit as stated in the offer or invoice.
All deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where Fibemed Healthcare cancels the procedure due to operational reasons.
Full payment of the treatment package must be completed before or upon arrival in Turkey, as specified in your confirmation documents.

By making a booking or payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Return and Refund Policy.

5. Patient Responsibilities

Patients agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal, medical, and contact information

  • Follow all medical and pre/post-operative instructions from their assigned surgeon

  • Disclose any health conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect treatment

  • Respect all local laws, hospital regulations, and ethical standards during their stay

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in cancellation or modification of the planned treatment without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fibemed Healthcare is not liable for:

  • Any medical complications, unexpected results, or dissatisfaction arising from surgery or treatment

  • Cancellations or changes caused by unforeseen events, including illness, force majeure, or travel disruptions

  • Loss or damage of personal items during travel or hospital stay

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to Fibemed Healthcare for the coordination service.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, images, logos, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Fibemed Healthcare or its licensors.
