We do not sell or deliver physical goods. Instead, all service confirmations, booking documents, and related medical information are delivered electronically to ensure fast, secure, and environmentally friendly communication.
2. Delivery Method
All official communication, booking confirmations, and medical coordination documents are delivered via:

Secure messaging platforms (only upon request and with consent)

PDF attachments or digital links containing booking details, invoices, or agreements
No physical packages or printed documents are sent by post unless explicitly requested by the patient and approved by our management team.
3. Delivery Timeframes

Booking confirmation: sent within 24–48 hours after the deposit payment is received.

Treatment plan and pre-operative details: provided within 3–5 working days after required forms and medical assessments are submitted.

Final itinerary and accommodation details: delivered at least 7 days before the patient’s arrival in Turkey.
If there is any delay in sending your documents, our coordination team will notify you immediately.
4. Lost or Undelivered Documents
If you do not receive your confirmation email or booking documents within the expected timeframe:

Fibemed Healthcare is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or outdated contact details provided by the patient.
5. Physical Product Orders (if applicable)
In rare cases where Fibemed Healthcare provides optional physical items (e.g., post-surgery care products, garments, or informational materials):
